"Mighty" stands as a graceful centerpiece, appealing images of the Canadian Shield and its windswept pines. This graceful windswept wire sculpture, poised upon a meticulously cut and polished piece of granite, offers a mesmerizing interplay of textures. Delicate copper wire, intricately woven against the backdrop of the granite's natural contours, creates a stunning contrast. It remains steadfast in its artistic expression. Mighty expresses strength and fortitude. Every twist of wire unveils the organic essence of the pine, unfurling from its wrapped roots, and demonstrating its evolution throughout its branching form.
This sturdy copper sculpture measures 41cm tall by 19cm wide. It is intricately handmade through twisting and looping enameled copper wires together to form the trunk, branches and leaves. It is mounted on a handpicked locally sourced piece of Muskoka stone and its roots are secured around it. Certificate of Authenticity included.
